Sixth Floor Detail

  A key fob controlled security door leads into the Sixth Floor space.  Configured as an open floor design preferred it features multiple controls for heating and cooling, in the column data and IP phone jacks and electrical outlets for group gatherings.  

  Designed to also  accommodate the installation of modular wall systems, the full floor rental can be designed for the specific needs of the tenant. the tenant prefers some or all of the floor laid out in more traditional configurations.  

   As a full floor rental, the bathroom, break room and utility closet would be exclusive to the tenant.  With windows on all sides except the north face, the Sixth Floor includes most of the features as the top floor at a lower price point.
